I’ll post the legend/story that I found in the Mt.Fuji Museum. From this story, we can surmise that Princess Kaguya, Golden Princess, and Princess Kono are closely related, or, in some legends, they are all identical. Moreover, we can see that Mt. Tsukuba and Mt. Fuji are also closely related, and we can find some factors as follows are important elements to understanding the truth. Mountain, Fire, volcano waterfall, sea, silkworm, cocoon, mulberry leaves, incarnation, and the resilience to overcome hardship, miracles, gold, fisherman, cave, and sericulture, and respectful people helping/and helped by the Princesses… Also, producing silk is one of the important tasks of the Royal Family(Tennos including presentTenno ), because agriculture and sericulture are the crucial foundation for richness and happiness for the people. But about the COCOON!! It might be only my overthinking, but doesn’t this shape look like a pod, a life-guarding vessel, inside which some space people keep their lives safe??? In any case, Utsu might have brought this skill/space tech to the Earth… And then, the adversities/difficulties might have been brought by some BAD ETs, and the GOOD ET’s have been trying their best to save us/to protect industries and natures, and we people are so thankful /respectful for GOOD ET’s efforts… Legends and folklore are so heartwarming because we feel such circumstances, with very suggestive symbols and a rich sense of humor.. And Japanese history/legends might have the same function as the Bible (one of whose functions is to tell the existence of ETs to posterity)??
